We wanted to write this letter to express our appreciation for the outstanding service that was provided to my grandmother. We were in an urgent situation to find an assisted living home for my grandmother. She is not capable of doing much on her own anymore and requires a lot of assistance.
From day one, Denisa Barbur of AZ Senior Options provided dedicated service and was compassionate through the entire process. Denisa was the most patient and the most helpful person to my grandmother. She went above and beyond her duties and able to find us a place within 48 hours of meeting her. My grandmother was very appreciative and was happy for the great services she provided. We wanted to express our gratitude and we are very thankful for the family friend who recommended Denisa.
