How It Works

At Noble Senior Care Advocates, we believe there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to senior living and care. That’s why our holistic, 360-degree process is focused on making every experience personal, leaving no stone unturned. We’ll help you or your loved one work through this transition with compassion, dignity, and respect. Every step in our process helps us provide high-quality, transparent, and diligent guidance for seniors and their families.

1. Comprehensive In-Person Consultation

When you contact Noble, you’ll speak with our friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable team whom is prepared to guide you through every step of the process. No matter what time of day or night, we’re available.

We’ll Get to Know You

As part of our process, we want to understand your unique situation. Before our in-person consultation, we’ll get to know your needs and interests over the phone. Then, we’ll set a time to meet and discuss you or your loved one’s individual circumstance in person. This process is flexible and tailored to you, as we work on your timeframe, not ours.

In-Person Consultation

We believe that an in-person meeting allows us to get to know you on a personal level and get a better understanding of your initial concerns and priorities. We’ll meet with you, your family members, or your loved one to discuss living and/or care options that are available, as well as what level of care is right for your individual circumstances.

During the in-person consultation, we work with you to determine the ideal living and care environment that is most appropriate, so we can begin working towards making it a reality. We’ll ask questions about the lifestyle, hobbies, health, and more of you or your loved one, to ensure we know exactly what you desire and need. This allows us to get to know the full scope of details that make your circumstance unique.

What Questions Are Asked During The In-Person Consultation?

During the in-person consultation, we ask questions to determine the best level of care, along with financial affordability. We also ask questions regarding the unique circumstances, personality, and lifestyle preferences of you or your loved one. Every consultation is unique, and we do not limit ourselves to a pre-determined list of questions. Instead, we prefer to have a genuine conversation.

Our conversation may include questions such as:

  • Do you have a preferred geographic area?
  • Is there a desire to remain at home, or move to a community?
  • Is a social community preferred? Are there any specific hobbies or interests we should keep in mind?
  • Will there be transportation required to doctor’s appointments and other outside commitments?
  • What level of assistance is required day-to-day? Is an independent living arrangement possible?
  • Is assistance required with performing activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, etc.?
  • Do you prefer a specific size or type of living space, such an apartment, private, or shared room?
  • Is there a need for 24-hour care and supervision?
  • Do you or your loved one have a diagnosed medical condition that limits mobility?
  • Is special care required due to a chronic condition?
Is There A Charge For The In-Person Consultation?

There is no charge or hidden fees for the consultation, or for any of our referral and placement services.

2. Personalized Recommendations & Resource

After we meet with you or your loved one to discuss your unique circumstances, preferences, and goals, we’ll provide personalized recommendations of senior care options that meet your specifications. These recommendations are the result of extensive research and are expertly tailored to what was discussed during our initial conversations. Every senior living and care organization we recommend is hand selected to your specific needs and preferences. Our advocates personally visit and thoroughly prescreen every community that we collaborate with and entrust. Each organization is evaluated by the four C’s:

  • Care
  • Compassion
  • Cleanliness
  • Compatibility

Only after we validate and review each partner’s state licenses and examine their state inspection summaries and history do we connect you with pre-screened, high-quality senior care options that not only meet, but also exceed our high standards.

Access to Our Extensive Network

When you work with us, you also receive access to our legal, financial, and social resources as needed. The goal of these resources is to provide you with the necessary support when it comes to senior care. We can connect you to a wide variety of senior care organizations, healthcare professionals, and specialists to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Our extensive network of individuals and organizations includes:

  • Mobile House Call Physicians
  • Elder Law & Estate Planning Attorneys
  • Licensed Fiduciaries, Guardians, & Conservators
  • Geriatric Care Managers
  • Veterans Aid and Attendance Consultants
  • Financial & Retirement Planning Advisors
  • Senior Real Estate Specialists & Licensed Realtors
  • And many others
Which Care Organizations Do You Work With?

We are extremely selective with our recommendations. Each senior living community is licensed, pre-screened, and in excellent standing with the Arizona Department of Health Services. We would never recommend a community otherwise. We will also refer you to organizations outside of who we typically work with if we feel it’s the right fit. We believe the most important mission is to find the right and most appropriate living and/or care option for you. To get a full list or more information about the care organizations we work with, contact us today.

  • In-Home Care Providers
  • Independent Living Communities
  • Assisted Living Communities
  • Residential Care Homes
  • Memory Care Communities

3. Private One-on-One Guided Tours

When it comes time to tour and evaluate communities or in-home care options, we’re here to serve as your personal guide. You won’t be given a pre-determined list or left to schedule tours on your own. After we’ve matched your individualized needs to high-quality care options, we’ll schedule tours on your behalf and even accompany you to each community as you examine vetted options.

During the tours, you’ll see firsthand where you or your loved one would be living, and the quality of care provided. We approach touring and evaluating senior living communities with one simple goal in mind—to ensure that this transition only needs to be made once, if at all possible. We promise to leave no stone unturned and no question unanswered during the process.

Your Onsite Advocate

We will accompany you as your onsite advocate when you visit or tour any community. We ensure all of your questions are answered, and your concerns are addressed. Our goal is to empower you or your loved one to make a confident and well-informed decision. We aren’t afraid to answer the tough questions, and we’ll work to ensure that you are properly advocated for.

Will I Be Pressured To Make A Decision During A Tour?

Absolutely not. You will not be pressured to make a decision before you’re ready. We welcome your input to help us understand your desired timeframe for any move. We understand that this is an important decision, and it may take multiple days, weeks, or even months. No matter how long it takes, we will be there for guidance and support when you need it.

4. Care & Transition Coordination

Once you’ve chosen a community or care option, we’ll guide you through the transition process and help coordinate any logistics of moving, settling in, or beginning care at home. We will also assist with finalizing paperwork and care arrangements, along with facilitating communication between you and your chosen community, and any other care provider. We understand that this process can be daunting, which is why we strive to make it as seamless as possible by coordinating every detail with you.

5. Ongoing & Personalized Support

Our services don’t stop once the move-in process is complete. We always follow up to ensure that you’re enjoying your new community and that we have met and exceeded your needs and expectations. Our hope is for families to think of us when they or a loved one needs other care services, whether its home health, hospice, mobile doctors, or more, as we are honored when they turn to us for further support and guidance. We will always be there for continued support; including answering any questions that may arise, recommending additional services, or facilitating a move to another community, if appropriate.

There When You Need Us

When we say personalized support, we mean it. Our advisors will never be bound by quotas or influenced by commissions. Instead, we measure our success solely in terms of how many satisfied families we serve. We will be your advocates to ensure you or your loved one receives the best possible care in the chosen community or in-home care arrangement. If any part of the experience is not to your liking, we will do everything in our power to make it right. No matter what, we’re available 24/7, 365 days a year.
